Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous agency in India started in 1975 as Personnel Selection Services (PSS). IBPS became an independent entity at the behest of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Public Sector Banks in 1984. With a mission of enhancing human-resource development through personnel assessment IBPS is envisioned as self-governed academic and research oriented Institute. IBPS announces every year positions in clerical, PO and SO posts in nationalized banks, State Bank and RRBs. Applicants meeting eligibility criteria have to register, pay the application fees, apply online, obtain the admit card and appear for preliminary and final common written exams (CWE) and then an interview (in the case of IBPS PO and IBPS SO) before a selection panel.
For the recruitment of Probationary Officer / Management Trainee in the public sector banks, IBPS will release the notification. The application form of IBPS PO 2017 will be released online in July/August 2017The exam will take place in two phases that is Preliminary and Main Examination. Eligible applicants who want to get appointed as PO in public sector banks need to fill the application form via online mode only.

IBPS PO Preliminary Exam Pattern consist of 100 questions & in 3 sections and 1 hour of time.  The marks obtained in the Preliminary examination is just of qualifing nature for mains exam. The pattern of the Preliminary exam is given below:

(3) Should have passed the driving tests conducted by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission; Should not be a colour blind. 
(4) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher education.

Conductor ->
(1) Matric or equivalent.
(2) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher education.
(3) Should hold Conductor License.



Selection Process:   Interview / Viva. The Original Certificates / Documents / Testimonials of Education Qualifications and other documents will be verified at the time of Interview

SSC CGL 2017 Syllabus and New Exam Pattern for Tier 1, 2, 3, 4

If you are aiming for SSC CGL exam 2017, then you should begin your preparations by having the clearly defined updated SSC CGL Syllabus for all the stages i.e. Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 & Tier 4.

SSC Exams are conducted for the recruitment of Indian Citizens in Group B Governmental posts, Group C Technical posts and much more. If an individual wants to set his/her career in one of the Ministries of India or the Government of India departments, then he/she should choose the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exams.

The Examination will be conducted in four tiers as indicated below:
