NDA-1 application 2018

NDA-I Application Form 2018  has been released on 15th January 2018. NDA exam is a gateway to get an entry in the Defence Forces like Army, Navy and Air Force. NDA exam is organized by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in various cities across the country. It is a national level examination, which is conducted two times in one year, namely NDA I and NDA II. A large number of students appear in the NDA exam every year. How to Fill the NDA Application Form 2018

Documents/Details Required:

• Payment details.
• Personal, qualification, guardian and communication details.
• Valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
• Scanned photograph with 140 pixels height x 110 pixels width. An image should be in jpg format and the image size should be between 3kb to 40kb.
• Scanned signature. The signature should be made with a black ink pen on white paper. The image should be in jpg format and meet the 110 pixels height x 140 pixels width dimensions. Image sized should be between 1KB to 40kb.

Candidates can follow these simple steps to fill the NDA application form 2018:

Step-1: Registration Part-I & Fill Application Form:

Visit the official website of UPSC. Click on the link “Online application for various examinations of UPSC”. Click on the link “Part-I registration). Read the instruction carefully and click on “Yes” button.

Fill Application Form: The application form will appear on the screen. Candidates are required to fill the personal details, qualification and address details. After filling all the details click on the “Continue” button.

Verify Details: After filling the application form, candidates are needed to choose the branch preference and click on “Continue” button. The filled application form will appear on the screen. Check all the entries and click on “I Agree” button. The registration number will be generated, candidates are required to note down the registration number for future use.

Step-2: Registration Part-II & Fee Payment

Fee Payment: Click on the link “Part-II Registration”. Enter your registration ID and DOB and click on “Submit” button. Click on “Payment” option. Now make the fee payment through visa, master, debit card or net banking or through the cash payment in SBI branch.

Center Selection: Go through the “Center Selection” link. Choose the exam center and click on “Submit” button.

Step-3: Upload Scanned Images

Click on the “Photo & Signature Upload” section. Choose and upload the scanned images of photograph & signature in the prescribed format. Click on “Continue” button.

Step-4: Accept Declaration & Print Application Form

Click on the “Agreeing to Declaration” option. Read the declaration carefully and click on “I have read declaration & agree”. Now candidates will be able to take a printout of the application form.

NDA 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for NDA NA 2018 Exam
Educational Qualification(Indian Naval Academy, Indian Air Force Academy, and Indian Military Academy).	Candidates must have passed 10+2 (12th) or its equivalent or pursuing from government recognized Institute or board.
Age Limit	18 to 20 Years (Candidates born not earlier than 2nd July 1999 and not later than 1st July 2002)
Nationality	Candidates must have Indian Nationality. A Bhutan or Nepal, Tibetan refugee came to India before 1st January 1962 are allowed but they should have the intention to settle permanently in India.
Physical standards	After the written exam the medical examination will be held by the SSB to ensure, Candidates physical fitness. Medical tests like Gynecomastia, Tonsillitis, Varicocele, Overweight/Underweight, Undersized Chest, Piles, Wax (Ears), Deviated Nasal Septum, Hydrocele/ Phimosis. Special requirement for Air force pilot Special OR Specific Requirements for Air Force Pilot Leg length =99.00cm 120.00cm Thigh length =Max 64.00cm Sitting height =81.50cm 96.00cm

Age Relaxation: There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates which is based on the government norms.

UPSC NDA 2018 Important Date :

The application form will be out on its official website and it should be filled by the 21 days of declaring. The payment should be made on time otherwise your application form will be rejected.
